Going Green...with grass
Leo was a key player in preparing the backyard and laying the sod. He was joined by his dad and our neighbor Miguel. He took pointers well from Miguel and knew exactly when to take a break.
Farmer's Market is open for the season
The Farmer's Market is open again and we're all thrilled! There's an excellent new edition to the line up this year....an Italian bakery has a booth selling fresh doughnuts. We call them "special doughnuts" and this has become our first stop week after week. And they are one way Leo is learning to share.

Train's comin'
After his bike and then his dad's bike, Leo's third favorite form of transportation is the train (though it might be tied with the bus). He doesn't ride it super often, so when he does it is a real treat for everybody.
A little off the top
Leo got his first official haircut last week. Despite, his parents' fear that it may not go well and his mom's total resistance to the haircut in the first place, Leo had a ball. He will now be a regular at the Hair Mechanic around the corner. Between his dad riding shot gun in the chair with him, the spray bottle, the blow dryer, the motorcycle, the bikes and the dog in the shop, this was the perfect way for him to spend his early evening.
